Will the Flex One be strong enough for my dog?
We make no claims as to the strength of our finished leash. However the products used are all safety rated as stated in our product page descriptions. With any climbing rope, every time you tie a knot it decreases the strength of that rope. With that said our leash should be suitable for most dogs of any size with normal use.
How long will my product take to arrive?
Orders received before 3pm est will be shipped the following business day. Please allow 1 day processing for orders received after 3pm. Shipping times will be quoted at checkout. All orders ship USPS, and you are able to pay for a quicker delivery time.
What is your refund policy?
We will replace or refund any order within 30 days due to a manufacturing error or incorrect item received. Please email us at lena@wildflexgear.com to start that process.
